March 17thOnly about 3 other tables occupied when we arrived, ordered drinks and thought great place, close to work and would be back. An hour later we asked if our order was forgotten and "No, no, we are just busy and share a kitchen with Montana's". About 3 or 4 other tables came in after us and got served while we were waiting and wondering. Eventually waitress came back and said that there was a printer issue and they indeed didn't have our order. So over an hour and no food, will not go back ever and would suggest all reading this pick somewhere else. No apology ("not my fault" "it was the printer" "we're busy", etc.). We have even ordered in for our company 12+ persons in the past but we are done now, never again. Won't let me give "Zero Stars". No break on drink bill made it seem like we were in the wrong and if looks could kill!Happy St. Paddy's Day!

Went to The Den Pub Saturday night to watch a Leafs game. Absolute best time I've had at a local pub in a very long time. Everyone there was so friendly, like I knew everyone all my life. The bartender Gigi was the best. I would go back just to be served by her. I highly recommend The Den and can't wait to go back.

I took my elderly parents to an airport hotel as they were flying out early the next morning and wanted to stay near. We stopped here for dinner and we’re pleasantly surprised. Our server was running the entire place and provided excellent service. We got there right before Happy Hour ended at 7 PM and were able to get $5 beer and $5 wine. We then ordered our meals, two of us got the 10oz sirloin and one got the Yorkshires and the other got a Cajun caesar salad and all of the food was great. The steaks were thick and cooked perfectly and the other items were really tasty. Food 5/5 Service 6/5 (wish I could mention the server by name but she didn’t have a name tag) We will be visiting here again.
The best wings are served here. We stopped for dinner after landing. The wings are on special for happy hour and they are amazing.

Have been going here off and on for 5 years, in-between covid. Stopped today and sat by the VLT machines, waitress was right there pleasant and took our drink order. Told her we would order food in a bit. Eventually went down and asked for menu's and what the specials were. That was it. Sat at the table and waited, beer was empty etc. The bar had 1 other couple in there. I went up and paid the bill, 2 beer. Probably the worst service I have had at the den. Too bad.

This place is great. Awesome bartender Amazing steak and potatoe. Here for oilers game and had a great time . Same can be said about coast inn always a good stay and good deal on long term parking

We come here anytime we stay in Nisku. Love the atmosphere, the music and Jamie is wonderful. Great service. I will keep coming back.
