worst chicken sandwich I've ever had the displeasure of biting into, it's like the sandwich was thrown into cold oil and then cooked... one bite I almost puked and had to throw it away.

My order included 4 teen burgers at drive through, only received 2 teen burgers; which I realized once at home. I phoned to complain, spoke with manager. He told me to come back and get 2 burgers, but was a 25 minute drive, I asked to reimbursed the $15 for the burgers, he said he would do that. Over 2 weeks now and have not see refund as promised. Also the 2 teens we did get did not have bacon as usual. I will definitely not be back at this A&W and do not recommend.

I am visiting from London and not even exaggerating when I say that A&W’s breakfast is a million times better than the McDonald’s breakfasts back home. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

GONG SHOW IS ONLY WAY TO DISCRIBE OUR EXPERIENCE!!! Order 2 breakfast McMuffins and coffee. Got 3/4 of order after 15 minutes and the other McMuffin 8 minutes later. The kitchen looked like a bee hive, BUT know one knew what was going on. TOTAL CAIOUS!

Worse onions rings I’ve ever had. Asked if they had just been put under the lights and he said yes. They were not fresh and they were bland, no seasoning at all. It was obvious that they had been there for a while.
Wonderful dining spot! The cuisine was both delicious and fresh. The vanilla lattes are a personal favorite of mine. The service was great and had a cozy ambiance.
