I can't comment on the service or atmosphere as my husband ate there and brought me home his leftovers haha...but I'm so glad he did. This was hands down the BEST garlic Naan and coconut chicken I've ever had. Wow!He did say the service was amazing and he was shocked the place wasn't full with how good it was.Make sure you check this place out. Our 5 year old enjoyed it too.

The place was being manned by a single person when we visited. A very nice gentleman who took our order and then was visibly worried when it was taking a bit of time to be served. We weren't in any kind of rush, so we were ok with it, but it turns out he had a few takeout orders on the go before our order. The food was hot when it came to the table. The steak bites could have used more salt and seasoning, but that, perhaps, is a personal choice. The pakora was REALLY good! The butter chicken was super flavorful, and I had the ChaCha burger, which is a lamb/beef patty, and it was also very good. We would gladly go again.The atmosphere was meh, not at all for a romantic date... Default furnishings, but we were there for the food, not the ambiance.

Very under-average food. Tried ordering few times. Hot & sour soup was quite flavourless, spice was overwhelming over other flavours. Burger was ok, quite dry tho. Naanco was waaaay too messy. Salad wasn’t fresh - brown/red pieces in salad. Curry is ok, nothing to write home about, there’s bunch of better indian cuisine places in town.

Four of us went in for a late lunch and there was only 2 people in the restaurant. It took 45 minutes to get two meals then another 10 to get the others. The food was cold to warm and 2 were inedible. They did credit us for 2 meals. We have been told they have new ownership. We do not recommend.

Just went to cha cha John's and it was literally the worst meal I've had in years. Spicy chicken noodles bowl, noodles tasted like water logged, chicken had no flavor, and was cold coming out. Bulgogi beef noodle bowl, was actually good but was cold too.Burger was cold and same with the fries, half decent flavor, but the burger was over cooked and dry. Beef and mushroom naco okay flavor but again really cold.There was only 6 people in the restaurant and the 2 other people in the restaurant and they were waiting for 30 minutes to pay. We waited 45 minutes to get cold food, wings came out first,(after waiting 35 minutes) 2 minutes later noodle dishes, 10 minutes after that the naco and burger.Was highly recommended and I would never go back again.They did however take off the burger and bowl because literally one bite out of each. But I mean nothing was worth paying for
Exceptionally poor service: meals were ordered at the same time, but arrived 5 minutes apart (we were the only 2 people in the restaurant); we had to get our own napkins from the front counter; server did not once ask how the meals were, drinks were not refilled, server was playing on-line poker during our entire dining experience; bathrooms were unkept and dirty; upon payment when staff asked how the meal was, they were informed the service was substandard, but they did not respond in any way that indicated understanding or interest in hearing details...

Not seeing the regular owner and family and there is definitely a change in the food quality, flavor and authenticity. Not sure I will go back as it just does not have the wow it did 1-2 years ago.
