“Ibrar was an excellent server today, we went inside and he gave me TWO SAUCES FOR FREE! And not only that, he goes up to my groups table and starts telling us about the time he met the CEO of Popeyes. Mr. Popeye, please give this man a raise, he didn’t appreciate when you called him out at the party and deserves compensation. Overall, this has been the best experience at any fast food restaurant ever, this even tops when McDonald’s let me go behind the counter and make their food. I will be coming back soon.“
“Excellent customer service. I ordered 2Impossibile burgers but due to some misunderstanding they messed up my order . I went back again and I told them, they made 2 new burgers for me. There was 2 in-restaurant orders and a large skip the dishes order ahead of me when I went in but had my food in no more than 10 minutes! “Edo Japan in Okotoks is a hidden gem atop a small hill. The food is top-notch – seriously. Remarkably consistent, reliably good and just frankly delicious. Yes I am aware that Sushi purists out there may have disdain for the more gentle demographic appeal of the chosen sushi platters and menu items here at Edo. There are times I will go for something more specific and exotic when I elect to sear my tongue and lose taste for 2 days when I'm in the mood.At other times I want comfort food that is refreshingly distinct and beyond the "burger and fries". Plus, the view from the hill nearby is just pristine, when it isn't -38 celcius that is.But what really makes this place a craving for me is the vibe. “I run the Mission Thrift Store, and we have pizza lunches for our volunteers...and everyone asks "where did you get these pizzas" because they are SOOOOO good, especially the donair kind as not everyone likes tomato sauce. I am using them today for 12 pizzas....and will continue to do so in the future.“
