Ordered a Oreo milkshake and a burger and when I said what I wanted on my burger she said yep, but then when I get it it has tomatoes instead of lettuce. Great service!. Then my Oreo milkshake that said “Oreo” on the bill was vanilla. This is not the first time something has gone wrong.

Walked Into the restaurant to be greeted by a lady with redish orange hair, I politely asked to use the bathroom, she rolled her eyes, said ok and walked away and whispered something under her breath, this is ridiculous, what a shame to see how customers are treated here, I was going to order for my first time but not after that. I would not recommend to go here if you wanted to be treated like garbage. That was so uncalled for I did absolutely nothing wrong.

Excellent customer service. I ordered 2Impossibile burgers but due to some misunderstanding they messed up my order . I went back again and I told them, they made 2 new burgers for me. The taste was delicious as usual and customer service is 10/10. Nicely managed well done. I love this place more than I dare admit to anyone who I care about.
First time at a Fatburger. Wasn't sure what to expect. Staff was wonderful and friendly and the burger was to die for! Fries were standard factory fries but wasn't disappointed in how hot and fresh they were! Great tunes playing and nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit this location again!

Went on a Saturday evening, December 9th. The staff at the Okotoks Fatburger were absolutely phenomenal. Smiles, great customer service. Food was excellent, but very big servings - may have to cut it in half next time!

Came here to try Fat Burger for the first time and was excited. We ordered 2 burgers with fries and drinks to go. We waited for the food which only took under 10mins. They handed us the bag with the receipt attached with the whole order on it. We drove home to eat and when we opened the bag there was only one order. My boyfriend called to let them know and the girl on the phone told him, "oh yeah we noticed it when you left, we thought you'd come back." But if the bag is stapled shut with the bill why would I assume I need to check the bag? If it was going to be separate, let your customer know, so they don't assume the whole order is all there, just a suggestion. He asked them why they didn't come after us, as we weren't quick to leave. She didn't really have a response.I get mistakes happen, I've worked in restaurants myself but there was perfect opportunity to make sure those mistakes didn't happen. I won't write the place off, but next time communication goes a long way!
