I dined in as usual and ordered and ate my meal. 2 hours later was sick beyond belief!!! I went back the next day to talk to someone and was totally shocked by the lack of respect and courtesy to a customer about a POSSIBLE issue? I did look at the food steamers and the food actually was disgusting!! I will never go to THIS particular establishment I suggest to everyone STAY AWAY HONESTLY!

The food smelt so bad I honestly just threw it away rather then risk getting sick from it I genuinely don’t know how food could smell that bad 15 minutes after buying it…

Food tasted very good. Spicy things were spicy. All 5 employees were working steadily. When we arrived at 6 pm, most of the tables needed cleaning.

This place is a joke, this has always been my daily because it’s quick and good portions. For some reason every time I come here for food after or before work they always never have what I want. “I’m sorry that’ll be around 5-10min wait for that item”. The funny thing is I come around dinner time in the weekends which should be busy hours meaning they should have food ready to go and in stock and shouldn’t have to wait, it’s literally dinner time. The customer service here is nowhere to be found at all. Some workers seem a bit lazy and laid back and just don’t seem like they care. Though it’s a minimum wage, at least understand that $12-$16 for food, it shouldn’t be treated as if it as they don’t care about the quality and service of it.

Food was fresh, staff were friendly. This is my go to first stop when I visit Edmonton as we don’t have them in BC!

I went here just about their closing time and I was still welcomed warmly by the employee. He was so friendly, gave me tasters, very enthusiastic and positive. His energy is contagious, and I can see that he loves what he is dong.I know it is the end of the day but the quality of the food was not the best, even after I reheated it at home. My fault for coming in late at night though. Thanks!

I come into this location very often and management always give me a discount as I only order meat and no carbs. I always get the same premium orders of walnut shrimp and the steak and one other random meat without the carbs. Management always good about giving a discount for this order if 10% so I went in the other day and explain that to the teller and she radios her manager who is in the back. Manager came out to look at me and than radios her saying no discount lol I guess my appearance had a part in her decision as she just turned around and said no. I said no biggie and just didn’t tip wich cost me the same in price. But very horrible service from management. Def won’t be back. Also I ask the girl serving me if she could try and give me less mushrooms with the steak and she said that would be to difficult. Boggles my mind how lazy and rude employees can be. I feel sorry for the owner. Btw the steak came with a mount of mushrooms and literally 2 tiny bites of steak very horrible for premium selection that cost extra. They def need to change there menu for people that are not trying to have carbs. Really don’t see what the difference is if a customer wants another order of meat than carbs we’re talking about Pennie’s dif in price ?‍♂️ especially from a customer that come in often for the same order.

I come here every now and then and it's very consistent and reliable. The service is not bad but Mackena is always the best!

I would like to have feedback on this order.I went to the Panda Express to have a meal with my family. I ordered 2 plates ( Chow mein and 2 sesame chicken), 3 orders of cream cheese Rangoon, and 2 orders of vegetable spring roll. After I paid for my order I asked for Soy sauce they told me “We don't have soy sauce”. I decided to try to eat without that. So, I was not happy with that and the food was not looking fresh at all. The rolls and the food were bitter and I am pretty sure the oil used to fry was old.I came to the attendant “Mackena D” and she informed me that she could not refund the order that I paid for.So, I took a picture of everything to keep as my record and I did not argue with her, because she was behaving rudely with me and I really would like to have my money back since she told me to throw the food in the garbage if it did not taste the wayIt is

Is there any way we could arrange for some authorities to check this location? I spent $30 on what can hardly be classified as edible; it was spoiled and tasted bitter. This lunch was the worst I've ever had, and I'm genuinely concerned about the possibility of food poisoning. I can't fathom how old the oil used for deep frying might be. Do you realize the potential harm to health? It's disconcerting that customer well-being seems compromised for the sake of profit. I won't let this matter slide until the issues are addressed, and the responsible parties are held accountable for intentionally jeopardizing customers' health.

Do not go to this location.I'm a fan of Pandas and I always go to other addresses and I've never been disappointed, until today. I went to eat with my family and placed a large order. I ordered soy sauce and they informed me that there was no soy sauce. I went to sit down to eat and the food was extremely bitter. something was bitter, the chicken was soft and old and was probably fried in old oil, we ordered rangoons and they couldn't be eaten, the cream cheese was sour. we couldn't eat ANY of the food, the chicken was very soft. I went to the counter to speak to the attendant and I asked to speak to a supervisor and Mackena D informed me that she was supervisor. I told her that the food was super bitter that we didn't eat anything and that I would like her to refund the amount that I paid and I would like to return the food. She informed me that she couldn't do anything and that she couldn't refund the amount. I was shocked by this attitude because the food was all in the box and was impossible to eat and even then she told me to throw the food in the trash if I didn't like it. I want my refund because it was the first and last time I went to this restaurant location. This is complete nonsense. I am shocked by the service I received. I go to Pandas every week, and this has NEVER happened to me.
