We experienced the worst dine in service tonight ever. We were a group of 5, 3 meals and 2 appetizers were ordered. Nearly 10 minutes after the meals came our apps came. At this point we lost our appetite and decided to pass on our apps. Apart from the “kitchen is busy tonight” we got no explanation, it was absolutely inexcusable. We were sitting on the bar side with 4 other tables. There were 2 servers and our table was not even checked on once. The only conversation from ordering was our cancelation and asking for our bill. It is absolutely inexcusable that a small town branch of Boston Pizza can not bring the food out on time with the other meals, nor can we be checked on. We have been long customers of Boston Pizza and the management is great, however management should not have to be in, in order for things to run smoothly and properly. It is disappointing that after many years of going to the restaurant this is how things go on. I am very disappointed- especially as a dedicated customer.

Terrible service! We got seated tonight and sat there for at least 30 minutes while it wasn’t even busy and no even acknowledged us, or took a drink order! There was plenty of staff around, by the time we left 2 other tables had been seated and got drinks. When I told the front staff they didn’t seem to concerned about their terrible service.
