The pizza is pretty good. But I come here for the Donair, get it with garlic instead of sweet sauce. ?

I went to buy a Donair wrap on my lunch break at Cosmic Pizza. I asked how long it would take, and was misled and told it would take 15min and it ended up taking 35 minutes. I quickly ate it as I was in an hurry and it actually tasted quite nice. After about 3.5hrs, I suffered food poisoning, kept having a runny tummy. A colleague suggested I drink ginger ale or coke to stop the runs.I called and spoke to a worker called Jason who was extremely rude, shouting and screaming at me claiming I was lying and there was no way I would get food poisoning for a donair wrap. I was really upset and offended because he was implying I was lying. I asked for his name (Jason) and also asked to speak with the manager who came to the phone.The manager was ever so nice and polite, he asked what I wanted or how he could resolve the issue but I told him I didn’t want anything in return and just wanted them to rectify the issue because the donairs were actually quite tasty! I told him I had no reason to lie and was only giving feedback but Jason’s behaviour stunk!! For that reason, unfortunately I don’t think I will be going back there. Staff definitely need training for such rudeness and bad customer care!
Best pizza in town I’m pretty sure..Hey I asked if he could put a tip on there because they always do amazing, I got a dip instead but hey all good lol.. thank you for the awesome foodKid-friendliness: Awesome place to go over lunch at school

My best friend got so sick cause the burger was RAW!! IT WAS RAW!!!! The sauce was SO overly spicy that thankfully she SAW it was RAW!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting not only one of the most selfless humans I've ever met lives at risk, but the community of Ponoka at large!UPDATE : the humility and your review shows that you care and learn from mistakes and perhaps it was a misunderstanding she could have been sick from something else I shouldn't blame something or be so harsh without knowing the full story so I completely understand your point and I'm going to change my review and hopefully other businesses can learn from your wonderful response to something that is I'm assuming pretty heavy for a business to have to carry so thank you!

cosmic is always tasty ? great staff and on point pizza! I highly recommend the mozzarella sticks soo cheesy(the cheese stretch is real). the donairs are the best in town hands down! such a great business for our community ?Dietary restrictions: great gluten free pizza crust! ? ?
Just moved to Ponoka right near cosmic. This was our first meal in our new place. And can I just say, 18inch pizzas for $26 is a steal. As well as the staff were both very efficient and friendly. Our pizzas were both loaded with toppings and was so tasty. Definitely looking forward to trying more of their
