We stopped at Golden Harbour on a road trip. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The menu selection was more than adequate offering the usual combo plates and chinese fare. Our food was overall pretty good. The cop suey and beef and broccoli was fresh, tasty and enjoyable. Definitely a strong 4/5. Thanks Golden Harbor.

Fanatic little "hole-in-the-wall" Chinese restaurant. Older building, but very clean and incredible staff. Food is reasonably priced and has good portion sizes. Food is cooked well and presented nicely.

Im not from ponoka but when i eat here for dinner the guy always charge me first before they gave me my order but he won't charge first on other customer. They didn't serve me water too until i asked at the end of the meal while a new group just came in and he serves them all water before they even order. That's some 'selective' service right there. Friday buffet each dish is like 4 servings then gets refilled after 45 mins. Some tables still have dirty plates gets cleaned after 45min laying around.

My brother and I wanted to try local restaurants with our parents. I called Golden Harbour and ordering couldn't be simpler. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and inviting. It smells and looks clean but also delicious from the food. The staff I spoke with on the phone and who took our payment were so friendly. The buffet when we walked in looked absolutely delicious. The food was yummy! Will definitely come back here, and will definitely eat in than take out.
