Every single time there is a wait for chicken. It literally doesn’t matter what time of day!! The owner needs to take a good hard look at this place. Yelling over the speaker saying your extremely busy on a long weekend and not prepared is very unprofessional

This location I strongly recommend avoiding! As I waited for my order I had to indore listening to some young kid that actually works there dropping the F bomb right left and center in the kitchen but in front of open window to the public, as I stood right in front of him! Then insult to injury what I purchased loked like a townie Tuesday if I was lucky and a side dish, definitely not worth your money, this location.

In the last two months of going I'm not crazy about a few things, the space at the front entrance is too crowded there is an iron bar close to the drink station which causes a traffic jam when going through and such, little inconvenient but there could be a reason its there I don't know, twice now it took over 20 min to have an order ready and mine weren't that long, twice they forgotten some items on us but it's our fault too we didn't go to explain it and retrieve the missing item, the food is okay but I will say that a couple times were a bit questionable on the chicken burgers there looking a little pink still, so far haven't had any problems with it, I'm not fond of the foul language being said around customers, understanding its been a long day but when you know there is customers there maybe tone down on the language a bit? Even with kids around

The food is always fresh and cooked properly, being it's fresh it's not always fast, but I prefer freshly cooked food to warmed up or worse kept warm food. I rarely go in so I don't know if the interior has changed much but from what I remember it was clean and well kept in as much as it was dated.
Every time I have been here they have been very slow they make people wait 10+ minutes for there food even if there is only 2 cars

My overly greasy 3 piece was brought out by a courteous staff member. Unfortunately she was the only plus at this establishment. We sat in a semi updated interior which didn't do good things for the outdoors except making the exterior of the building frumpy and run down looking.Also...Not a fan of the healthy dumping of sugar they put on their "new" fries. Pulling a fattening play from McD's playbook, this experience will not be one I repeat.
