The counter staff was absolutely excellent however, there was nothing fast about the kitchen. It took 12 minutes to get my sandwich.The food was good enough, but nothing special. If Mcdonald's makes the drive through a priority, shut down the counter!

me and my basketball team entered this mcdonald’s and when we walked in we were greeted by the greatest employee ever by the name of Ian, Ian was very nice and funny. Ian brought light to our day and was giving us advice the whole time, we walked in as boys and left as men. me and my team got night time chillys and really enjoyed them, please give Ian a raise, he really deserves itwe love you Ian

Went through the drive-thru and a minor mistake was made using up my rewards points and also charging me cash for the same item. Contacted the online app and requested the points be returned. However, the only thing that has been done to date after multiple back-and-forths is for them to keep asking me to sign in and out of the app. I have wasted so much time trying to get the mistake corrected to only keep being told to do something that is clearly not working. As this became a bigger issue with no resolution I am only getting crickets now… nothing from McDs. I don't understand why this has had to escalate this was a simple error that they now refuse to correct.

Waited outside after ordering our coffee, and was there 10 minutes! No one in store, great location tho!
Nobody cares. Everybody busy talking family matters back home in their language. While you are just staring the screen for your order not knowing whether its being made or waiting for someone to tell you if there is a wait time if the product is not in their cabinet.

I got food poisoning from them last night. Spent in a hospital all night sicker then a dog. What I had gotten from them was a mc chicken burger. That is what made me sick. Ate that around 8pm and by 10pm I was very sick.
