I am not from Ponoka. My order was to go: I just purchased a Dave’s Raw Double burger. Both patties were red, bloody inside. My first sign was the person working the till was on their phone for nearly two minutes before serving me. I also ordered an Apple Pecan salad, the apples were brown and stale, salad was weathered soggy black. I phoned them to report the burgers and asked for a refund. They said they don’t do refunds, I could come back another time they’ll give me another raw double Pattie burger. I said sure ??. I love red bloody uncooked burgers ? ??

Why is it that you are open but won’t accept DoorDash orders. I’m sure there is a dasher working. I’m a dasher so when I look at my app and I see that I cannot work that would mean to me that there is another driver worker out area so why decline orders. Just bad

This was the most disappointing breakfast I think I've ever had.My husband found a hair in his food, my chicken strips were undercooked and my breakfast potatoes were cold. On top of that his egg looked moldy and disgusting.Will not ever return.

Ordered a baconater combo. Got my food outside and checked the burger which was a single pattie, one slice of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. Took it back inside and told them it was a cheeseburger with bacon. The manager told me no it was the single baconater but from googling the baconator pics what I received and paid for was definitely not a baconator sandwich. I think maybe the managers should know the menu for quality control!?
I'd love to enjoy my food served by nice staff, and enjoy feeding my son with my fiance, but I am constantly bombarded by a countless fleet of flies. It's distracting, disgusting, and the staff member I asked about it seems careless about the topic. Can't fathom why management thinks this is the least bit acceptable.Disgusting.
