Just had breakfest eggs & bacon. C/W toast, coffee and bacon. I had a hashbrown on the side. Service was fast and food was good. I went at 10:00 am amd restaurant was just about empty.Ps. Used restroom and very clean. Have to ask for key at counter. No Problem.

Toilet is filthy I talk to the supervisor and told me they were to busy to clean it but absolutely no lineups for the drive thru and 6 persons in the restaurant and 1 customer ordering. I after her reaction I won’t go back. A toilet filthy it’s a kitchen filthy and question also food safety. I was at that location Wednesday at 5:35

We.ordered 4 beyond meat burgers. I paid for it when they made the order it was wrong. Upon inquiry even tho was the fault of the staff they made me pay for the extra. A very pathetic customer service by the manager who was dealing with tye inaccuracy. Not even tried to keep customer happy but in turn made customer pay extra for every single thing. I have never come across anything like this kind of customer service. Ridiculous...

This A&W does not take food standards seriously. They served my 6 month pregnant wife an undercooked burger. unfortunately she ate almost half before noticing. Pregnant or not serving people undercooked food is unacceptable, but can seriously harm a pregnant women and an unborn baby. When we called to complain the manager did not seem to care at all, offered us a new burger or a refund. She insisted that her staff follow the timers so it couldn’t possibly be undercooked. She was not empathetic or even concerned about this AT ALL. It was horrible and situating service all around. We have submitted a complaint to head office and will also be contacting the health inspector. We are just hoping my wife does not get sick from that burger. The fries were cold and the order was also wrong so it’s clear they do not care about quality. Photos do not completely capture the raw/pink look.
