The lady behind the counter had a very sharp attitude and all 3 of the smoothies I got were watered down, I paid extra for kale to be added and she put in a small single leaf, asked for extra bananas in another and tastes like milk....north end location is BETTER BY

It took 22 minutes to get my drink. They're super duper obviously under staffed. This is obviously not the employee's fault, in fact the women working the counter were lovely. Unfortunately there were only two people working trying to do: cash, drinks, food, and dishes. I felt really bad for them, because it was obvious that they were working as hard as they could and they were still stuck in the weeds. If the franchisee reads this, you need at least one more staff member working that location. If not just for the wellbeing of your employees, you should know that it's impossible to maintain good food safety when you're that slammed. Jumping from cash to food to the dish pit is a recipe for cross contamination.

Horrible product. We got the orange n cream and they just made it cream. Did not even look like the picture advertised. They refused to refund me or make it again. Cost me $33 for the four of us and all we are left with is a disgusting drink.Best service is at Lacombe. Go there and stay away from the one in Red Deer next to the Brick.

Love booster juice but have consistently had bad experiences at this particular location. The smoothies are almost always watery and the last time I was there my boyfriend couldn’t even finish his because it was so bad! It was sickeningly sweet and had an horrible after taste. This is unacceptable when it’s a $10 drink. If your drinks aren’t consistent you’re going to lose a lot of customers. Gotta do better

Been going to Booster Juice as much as I could over the past 8 years. I was recently at the one in gasoline ally. They stopped using fruit for considerate in their drinks. I thought that was their claim to fame? Anyways. No more for me.
