We met our daughter, son-in-law and grandbabies at the Boston Pizza's, north Red Deer location, on Family Day Weekend 2024. We have done the same, on different, multiple occasions and have had the wonderful experience of having Bobbie as our waitress each time. She truly deserves a shout out for her exceptional service. In a world that has gotten rather harsh, Bobbie lights up people's day with her sweet demeanor. I have been so impressed with her wonderful inclusion of the children in our group. She makes them feel noticed, important, and listened to, through her gentle, playful, attention to their dietary wishes, and general interests. Her easy banter with the adults is a breath of fresh air, accompanied by her efficient service and attention to detail, serving delicious food. I also noticed how effective Bobbie is at reading the room and cues of others. Another table seemed interested in nothing more than service, and Bobbie's professionalism never waivered. She switched to a quiet and effective ghost of service. Boston Pizza, you have a real gem working for you. Be sure to recognize her. I know you are busy but timely response to takeout orders too. Gentleman took the order asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes and it wasn’t even ready after 30 minutes. One lady came after that and said it’s not ready yet and I saw the boxes were ready and she wasn’t even ask anyone. After 5-6 mins more wait handed over the same boxes I was expecting they were mine. Pls be attentive at takeout.

I’m currently in the Lacombe hospital and got my spouse to pick up an order for me. Upon his arrival we discovered that there was something missing from my order. The owner went above and beyond, delivering my food all the way to Lacombe! So very grateful for the amazing customer

We ate here and it was the worst experience I have ever had. People that were seated after us and order after us got there food first. My food was cold. My kid's spaghetti sat so long under the warmer the noodles were dried. After this experience not only will I never ever eat here again I will never eat at any other Boston pizza.
