I ordered a pizza that they said would take 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I call and am told "Oh we were about to call you, our driver is out". I then asked if they would be giving me the now old pizza, and the one who answered talked to her manager. Another ten minutes pass and their big solution is to "cook a new pizza".. They were actually going to bring the old pizza. This place is unreliable and frustrating. Go to Boston Pizza North instead, you'll save yourself a lot of issues.

I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from this pizza store, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The pizza arrived late and cold, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The crust was soggy and tasted like cardboard, while the toppings were sparse and seemed like they were scraped off the bottom of the barrel. To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal; when I called to complain, I was met with rudeness and indifference. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this sorry excuse for a pizza joint.

Horrible place to order from ,waited over an hour for delivery service, may as well ordered Chinese food.got attitude from delivery driver because I told him I wasn't interested in soggy cold pizza after website said 30 to 35 minutes.gonna just stick with 73 ,at least it's here in timely fashion and always good!!!!!!

me and my friends ordered a single cheese pizza and a 2 L Dr Pepper and yet we did not receive our 2 L Dr Pepper instead we got the smaller version of 591 mL Dr Pepper instead. When we called to fix this mistake, the lady would not take me seriously and instead of helping me by giving me my Dr Pepper she hung up on me. The lady insisted that she give me credit instead of my Dr Pepper. I really wanted my Dr Pepper this I am severely offended by this.

Never should have tried again. Mozzarella sticks were decent but the donair tasted like alpha sprouts (I assume it's bad tatziki) hardly any lettuce. Extremely soggy....Note to self...no more donairs from Busters.

Ordered a Super Donair through skip the dishes. The delivery came fine - but upon opening it the donair immediately fell apart from not being wrapped properly. There were also zero napkins included in the bag. Would give less stars if I could.

Ordered a donair at 5:58 and received it at 6:11 with not a stitch of my toppings I requested in it just sauce and that's it.....so I called and they said I may get a new one but I have to pick it up....first off NOT my mistake and I shouldn't have to do that.When I called they don't understand the complaint and I generally don't say much but that was ridiculous yes it was busy but it was just a donair
As requested from friends to order here, I ordered 2 LG Pizzas and 12 wings. They said delivery would be an hour. 1.5hrs later I finally got my order as they delivery guy couldn't find my address... The pizzas' were a medium size, not large and the veggies were so thinly sliced I couldn't even taste them. Barely any sauce, just bread. Dough is not great either. After I ate this over priced sorry excuse for a pizza, I have not been well, going on 3 days now. I didn't even eat the wings, but others said they were gross and fatty. Years ago I use to order from here but they could never get my order right and I stopped ordering from here. Guess I'll go back to boycotting Busters. You guys went further down the spiral, do better.

Third time here in probably four years, always takes forever. Decided to call ahead for takeout to avoid that, was told 10 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later, order hadn’t been started, waited 30 minutes for my order. Won’t be returning.

Guy told me my food would be ready in 15 mins I came back in 20 they said it would be out any minute and took an extra 15 mins waited around 40 mins for them to make me a small donair pizza while 3 other people got their food before I did. I highly recommend not coming to this location. I also gave the guy a 25% tip and they still take their sweet time
