“Sent in online order to Pink Bow Restaurant Pines location today. There was an error in one meal. When I notified them, them immediately responded and advised they would be preparing the correct meal and delivering right away...and they did!!!!! Was absolutely not expecting that, was just expecting to be refunded the difference!!!
If that isn't 5 Star service I don't know what is!?!?!
Of course best part was the food was exceptionally good as was the Strawberry Milk Tea with Strawberry Poppings!!!
