I went through the drive through, made my order, paid and the food I got was not my order. The staff at the window argued with we about my order until I drove away. The best part is I got a burger with the bbq sauce that I am allergic to.The level of disrespect was beyond what anyone should receive.

Friendly staff every time I come here and they're usually pretty quick with service as well.
Polite staff. Though often not very timely. Maybe understaffed. DQ chicken strips get smaller and more expensive by the minute though - only 1/2 " x 3" and now 90% breading = $14.00Location good, but DQ as a company on downward trajectory :(

I’ve been ordering door dash, and both times I have ordered my kids the chicken and fries baskets . Pay a lot of money for this so I expect when I get a basket of fries it should actually have fries . Well they hardly put any fries in any of my baskets . What was in one basket hardly equals a small fries . Very disappointed . This is from the Deer Park Dairy Queen . Not worth spending the money there . I don’t mind paying if the food is actually provided . Why give hardly anything ? When my kids are still hungry ? I’ll take spend my money else where .

I ordered a poutine through skip the dishes and the cheese was old , the gravy was in a separate container and the fries were cold. I informed the manager or the problem and he told me SKIP THE DISHES made my food. Excuse me? Why lie! You gave disgusting food and I want food I ordered. Instead of fixing the issue , He told me call skip and ask for a refund. He said for 2 years now SKIP THE DISHES have been making the meals. Another lie. I will not be ordering food from them ever again
