Have been going to this location for many years and it has been very consistent. Service recently was very good as I returned to the counter to get an order fixed and they accommodated me without question, only for me to realize afterwards that I was completely wrong and they had my order perfect.

Went in with a group of friends after a basketball tournament. We were the only ones in there aside from a teen girl who apparently worked there (walked around the counter to help an employee at the till) and her group of 4 or 5 friends.Mean while we literally stood at the counter and waited at a nearby table for over 20 minutes. I went and and still at the till and several times there were employees made eye contact with me but never once acknowledged me. We left and had soft iced cream at the Wendy’s and McDonald’s just north of this location literally within minutes. So much for fast food. Gotta do better

Worst experience ever!!! Came in with a group of 6 people at 9:00pm for ice cream. Waited 15 minutes and had employees look at us and ignore us from the back. We eventually left and had McDonald’s ice cream in our hands within minutes.

Lady working the drive through window was really nice and upbeat. Good change of pace from how people usually are. Thank ya

We went in as a family and waited 10 minutes and no one took our order. Apparently customers only matter if they are in the drive through line up.

I was going to enjoy a nice dairy queen run for my supper and ended up having the worst experience of my life with fast food, i had got food poisoning and was throwing up for the night, my fountain drink was half empty like someone took a sip before giving to me, the burger was way undercooked, the worst service i have ever received the workers acted like they didn’t want to be there and i just started dating they’re ex-wife as it seemed like they wanted to get rid of me, that’s not it my blizzard was brutally made as it was runny and poorly made the oreos were soggy and it tasted expired, i might never go to a dairy queen again.

I know its wintertime, but we were craving a Blizzard after driving several hours home from vacation. The person who made our reeses-pieces mini-blizzard did a great job and then topped it off with whipcream!! It was delicious. The cashier said we could do a survey for a free dilly-bar, however, the dilly-bar could only be redeemed at that particular Dairy Queen. Since we had stopped there on our way home (still 3 hrs away), we would never fill out a survey and drive 3 hrs all the way back, just for a dilly-bar. We let the cashier know the free dilly-bar was strictly for locals.

Cold gravy, cold, old fries, burgers were warm but not warm enough to melt the cheese..... for 40+ $$ not really impressed. Also.find it odd that the price of 4 chicken strips is more expensive than their 4 pc chicken strip basket.....
