The first time we went (drive through) I had a blizzard that was supposed to be chocolatey (like other dairy queens) but this one was just about completely white with barely any flavour ingredients (and the guy in there (I think he’s the owner) gives you the eye as if you’re doing something wrong, it’s weird) Gave it a second chance to see if it was a one off but got the same thing - a flavour ingredient lacking cup of white ice cream :| And the one my son ordered had STALE ingredients so straight to the GARBAGE it went. What a total waste of money. Sorry guys, I only work on 2 strikes - see ya! I’ll be driving across town to go to another DQ in the future.

Not the best onion rings over cooked like almost burnt taste . Burger was not hot . And the best ... HAIR in milkshake . Yuck . Not happy at all . Went there before major dental surgery do was a let down . And for the price do not worth it . 32.00 later ?

I love the spoon doorknobs when you go into the store, it makes the whole place more fun and inviting. I love all the blizzards and the different billard menus there, the blizzards take a while for me to get though from the time I order to the time I have it in my hand but it is still great and the classic flip is so unique!Kid-friendliness: They love kids and always say hi to the little friends.

DO NOT RECOMMEND DQ DOWNTOWN went through the drive-thru ordered a milkshake. the guy making the shake took his time. standing by the machine chatting to the girls holding my shake. I told him that I would like that today and he can chat on his own time not mine. He get snarky with me. I over hear him say to the other girls that he should spit in my milkshake. Needless to say I was livid. I told him I heard what he said about spitting in my shake. He denied it but I know what I heard. I will not be going back to DQ and I demand that you fire that kid. There is no reason whatsoever to talk like that or threaten to spit in someone's milkshake.

i just got a bbq ranch house and a poutine and that what’s perfectly prepared. it always is every time i go there. good job people !
