Prices are to high. Burger are precooke and dry and just warm Fries soakyWill think about it twice before going back. It would be so nice to get a dam hot juicy burger and fries at a good price. Dairy Queen work on it

This is the 6th time I've ordered a cold beverage without whipped cream. I've never had this mess up at any other DQ location, but at this one, everytime staff have messed up.

Not worth going to This place as they don’t have any scanner to Scan for your pints, or any offers in-app ! Basically they just want your money

Everytime i walk to the till she knows what im going to order how im going to pay and what i want on my food. Its really nice to know that she recognizes me each time and she always gives good customer service. Never had an issue with food or drink.

Three times I have been short changed by the same girl at the till. Blatantly, for I could understand a quarter or two but 2, 5 and ten dollars not likely a mistake in my books. She tried to charge me $7 dollars for a large smoothie when I said I will take a small she tried to charge me $6.95. The menu says $3.99 for a large and $0.99 for a banana added. Never ever again will I buy from Orange Julius in Bower mall.

Horrible service

The young lady making my Blizzard was very cheerful and pleasant. The only issue I had was that my Oreo Blizzard tasted strongly of cheesecake. Probably should clean the devices in between orders.

Out of 3 different blizzard flavours. Very sad excuse for a DQ.

Please put people who speak English in positions that require speaking to customers. I ordered through Maureen on Oct 28th 2017, there was one other person waiting, she spoke broken English so quickly that I had to ask her to repeat her question three times. When the order came through it had be typed in wrong, and I had to wait again for it to be fixed.I love that we are multi cultural in Canada, but you must be able to speak passable English if you choose to be in customer service in western Canada. Managers of fast food places must be accountable for this

What they have is good, but this is disappointing that they are a "DQ" but don't carry many DQ products!
