they don’t wear gloves at all or use tongs or any equipment. they grab all the food BARE HANDS. watched one girl literally grab the chicken breast with her bare hands after touching the counters and multiple other areas then move the chicken breast into another basket.really really gross.

First and last time going to this Fatburger. While waiting for my food a customer came in dressed up as a clown (its Halloween weekend) and the staff members started laughing and making fun of her because her costume was 'so embarrassing!'. The customer asked them to stop laughing because 'it's mean'.. they didn't. Instead, they continued to make jokes and rude comments. Such disgusting and unprofessional behavior for anyone to display, let alone from employees. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and talking with the owner.Despite everything, the food wasn't terrible outside of the price tag and 20+ minute wait.

Recommend the milkshakes and the burgers are always correctly done, and done quickly. This is a more expensive option than Wendy's or McDonald's, so if you're comparing it as a "fast food" option in that vein, you might be disappointed. If you're looking for better taste and experience and are willing to pay a bit more for it, Fatburger will meet your expectations!
