This KFC uses a 3rd party to deliver your food, which is fine... unless you do not receive your food. The manager then directs you to the 3rd party for reimbursement... but they can't help you because you didn't order through them. Horrible customer service, won't answer calls and won't refund a order that wasnt received after being given the opportunity to remake the order, gift cards or to refund the money. Honestly the manager should be ashamed of herself. They clearly need customer service training at this location!! Do better KFC!

Ordered a 14 pc bucket of chicken, asked for a couple of keels (breast meat) they said yes, didn’t even get one, only had one wing, 2 ribs and the rest dark when it should be at least half and half. It Was beyond soggy with grease.Popcorn chicken and gravy was decent, fries soft and cold , and macaroni salad lacked any flavour*picture you can see the yellow grease at the bottom of bucket

Horrible service ordered skip the dishes !They forgot half my order I called them and asked if they can have it delivered as there website does advertise delivery and the lady on the phone was so rude and refused to help at all said if I wanted my food I could come down and pay again as there is no proof that they didn’t send my order seriously what type of costumer service is that?So I just had to contact skip and got a refund which is what I had to do to begin with but the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful with giving the proper advice!!! I suggest finding workers that have a bit of customer service skills!

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a boneless bucket and a festive meal. My order was short food, my bucket was less than half full and definatly not enough to feed 4 people and looked nothing like what was advertised. And the food looked horrible. I drove back to complain and was told too bad, I could get 20% off next time I came In. The manager said we were lying and must have eaten half the food. I WONT BE BACK we received enough food to feed maybe 3 people and paid over $80

I ordered a bucket of chicken from here tonight and it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted as though someone dropped a cigarette in the fryer and the chicken was cooked in it. I've been eating kfc my whole life and have never tasted something so revolting. The manager refused to replace the chicken or refund it. I'll never eat here again. This place should be investigated if their food is tasting like this.

Went to the downtown location shortly after 5 pm because up till this point I felt it was the only good location in Red Deer. Why? Because their gravy is the original recipe or close to it anyway because all the other KFC locations their gravy is a flour flavor. This evening I ordered a 10 piece bucket with large fries and large gravy for an order in and pick up. They are supposed to give you 5 white and 5 dark meat. I got home to see I got 1 wing, 1 small breast, 3 thighs and 5 legs. The fries had seasoning salt and alot so it tasted disgusting with the only good thing the gravy. I called their told them about the chicken before I started eating. All I got was the excuse that "I'm going to assume they didn't have enough white meat so they put the rest dark meat." Then I finally talk to someone else maybe a manager and got the exact same excuse with no resolve just excuses. I told her can I get the truth and you shouldn't cheap out on your customer's when this chicken is expensive enough and I just ended up saying good bye because it didn't sound like they wanted a happy customer. Mind you I went there around 5 pm so how can you run out of chicken and the cooks were on their cell phones. I thought there was regulations on cell phone use everywhere at a work place. You know 10, 20, 30, and 40 years ago you would never have gotten so many excuses to justify what they have done it would have been I'm sorry about that sir we will give you a discount on your next visit. We live in a different world these days I know but it just doesn't matter if you have a legitimate complaint these days. Very disappointed and frustrated.
