The intercom barely works, and when placing our order they had to repeat several times. When we got our order it was right, but they put a cookie in our happy meal instead of our chicken nuggets. This had to have been done intentionally.

Has been getting my order right as of lately, but usually don’t get it right. and as i start work super early, i can’t go back to get it corrected. This morning i ordered my usual bacon english muffins, and i ended with mcgriddles. This has been a reoccurrence and am not impressed with it. but dont have a lot of other options as its 4am.

McDouble Meal. Yum.Small fries looked more like Tiny fries.The McDouble burger looks as though someone sat on it with the thinnest patties on the planet. Zero taste.Compare that of what it's really supposed to look like?Wendy's is right next door. Should have known better.

I have been to this Mac Donald’s here and there over the years. Every time I stop in I am disappointed. Then time will go by and I think, it won’t be that bad again. But sure enough, they will mess up your order every time. Always check your food before you leave. I guarantee it won’t be correct.

I ordered a Big Mac and a diet Coke. There had been one guy in front of my and absolutely no one behind me and they asked me to pull aside to wait for my big Mac??? I've never had that happen at any McDonald's

Dedicated to customer service. Still took our order and banged out a Big Mac meal and a McFlurry while someone was breaking into the store. Only downside is they couldn’t break my 100 dollar bill. Server was a baddie.

I would rather leave no stars. What a poor excuse for proper scheduling. Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes just to place my order (couldn't back up to leave as other cars were blocking me in) because they had a "large order". After placing my order we waited in a line from the pay window for an additional 30 minutes. I thought the point of an establishment like this was FAST-FOOD... Like who ever makes the schedule should be fired and the whole establishment should be shut down so the staff can go get proper training. And the food is horrible even for McDonald's standards. Go to one of the other locations in town (where they actually properly serve their customers) rather than waste your money here people

After an extraordinary long wait in the drive through for an extremely small order (one quarter pounder meal with a large fri) I get home to see that my fries are soggy and cold (2 minute drive) my burger is put together in a rather abstract art sort of style and they are missing the condiments that I had explicitly asked

Waited over 40 minutes total to go through the drive thru and receive my order. Overall for an establishment that is 24 hours according to Apple Maps and Google maps, the wait times should not have to be this long. Rather than setting a clear expectation, they only asked us to wait one second and then after waiting almost twenty minutes the drive thru staff gave a half sincere apology as a response.

Since the other McDonald's in Clearview is almost always terrible and/or upsetting, I drove all the way down here. Same garbage. 20 bucks for a tiny amount of food, and that food was stale and awful. Our family is done with McDonald's for good. At this point, it makes more sense to go to a real restaurant. I can't afford to keep throwing meals in the trash.

I really enjoy going to this restaurant as the food I get here is always fresh and hot. The people are friendly and I like that I am not just a guest when I go here but actually get conversations with the employees working here.

My order number is 323 drive through. I am very disappointed in the quality of my food, my journey chicken tastes stale and DRY. My cheese burgers was also stale and tasted stale and old aswell. I spent over 30$ on my order and if I new that I was going to get old food I would have gone somewhere else. This is just extremely disappointing to me because I haven’t gotten McDonald’s since October due to the boycott and the one time I go you serve me trash. Glad to say that this was the last straw and I will NEVER be given my money to this franchise ever again.
