The cashier was extremely rude so was the manager standing behind her. Never spoke a word to me while making my purchase she didn't even tell me the total just stood there sulking. And when I asked her manager if that was acceptable she said no and I will deal with ot yet stood there the whole time leaning on the counter just as rude as the cashier. Absolutely gross customer service.

I’m a First Nations individual,, I went here for the first time and the white cashier stayed watching me the whole time I stayed in front of the store to make it obvious I wasn’t stealing anything!!!!!!! ,, I took my phone out and got her on FaceTime watching me ,, she tried hiding when the cameras came out,, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ,, she looked so ghetto when working hair all messed up,, the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!

I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the cashier. The item I was purchasing was marked at one price, but when I went to pay it was about 20% more. I went myself to get the tag to show the price. When I inquired about the scanning code of practice, my inquiry was ignored and I was told they would give it to me for the price it said on the tag I gave them.( Apparently it was marked higher in another spot in the store.) (That is one of the reasons for the Scanning Code of Practice.)

Nutters always has great staff and helpful resource if for special orders. ONLY downfall is they only have 1 day a month for sale day first Tuesday of the month. Overall great store

No knowledge of their products. Reluctant to help a customer who needed some assistance. Any other health food store would be much better with customer support and knowledge! Never shop there again. And it’s not like health foods are cheap so help is definitely a necessity. Thank you for nothing.

Every time I go to this Nutters they are out of what I’m looking for. Not well stocked.
lots of good finds, however the associate that helped us was wearing pyjama pants, and pointed to products using her feet. maybe putting shoes against something we are going to be consuming is not best practice. was really unprofessional and didnt feel eager to help us.

Some of the best Gluten free food was found here the other day!!!! It is all frozen but really have a hard time seeing any negatives with the amazing foods I can once again try!!
