I called this establishment. They didn’t answer. The call went to a call center.I placed my order and suppled my personal and credit card information.The delivery person showed up and requested payment. WTH?!PH needs to solve this issue.If I’m charged twice for this. PH will have a problem!

Bought $100 worth of pizza and it wasn't cooked properly. One dessert wasn't also cooked. Phoned to get some kind of refund or solution and they wouldn't do a thing. We will never be back!

The pizza they sell here is disgusting and overpriced. Who in Red Deer would choose Pizza Hut when so many other pizza places are just better? You could even find a way better meal at McDonald's. Also, the staff are extremely unprofessional and unhinged they like to smoke crack in the Taco bell parking lot across the street, As If their own parking lot wasn't a good enough spot. I'll take my pizza business elsewhere.

I used to like Pizza Hut a lot. But since my last order from this location I’ll never go back to Pizza Hut. I order veggie lovers and it had barely any veggies on it.It was full of just cheese and worst pizza I’ve had at Pizza Hut.Go to some other location please!!

Don’t lie to customers and say that dine in has been closed for 2 months when you know that it’s been closed for about 2 years!
terrible service, came to dine in and was ignored for half an hour and nobody helped us so we just left after sitting for half an hour waiting for service. staff in the kitchen are very loud, gossiping and fighting about her coworker being bossy to the other coworker, like literally while working. i know this because i can understand and speak fluent tagalog. bullying should never be tolerated and they don’t have respect in work place. staff need to be trained in this matter. i could tell it’s a very toxic work environment. no wonder why they couldn’t attend customers cuz they’re busy gossiping and fighting. i could hear them from the kitchen to where we sat which is at the other end from the till. can you imagine them talking loudly and for sure spitting on food. never again will i come back to this location. i could give zero star but it won’t let me. this location doesn’t even deserve 1 star but google won’t let me give lower than 1 star.

Not the dine in experience it used to be.... Drinks are pop bottles from the cooler, no alcohol is served and no dedicated dining room servers just the poor guy working the front till.

Service very slow, despite an empty restaurant. Order placed online showed ready when arrived at the correct time and still had to wait 10 minutes. Food was decent. Staff seemed more concerned with talking then preparing orders.
0 star if possible. Worst service ever recieved.
