I was so excited to try the Best Burger Ever Burger at A&W - is no big deal. I wouldn't buy it again. it was garlicy but plain. what a disappointment. I am so sad. ? The best Burger is the Uncle Sirloin with Chedder and Bacon. thats my go to burger. Overall, A&W has the best burgers. bonus, they use grass fed beef.

Ordered earlier today as it's hot out and not wanting to cook. Got there, asked the kid working to make sure the cooks DO NOT put ANY onion in ANY of the food as I cannot stomach it due to health issues. I get home, excited to eat and what do I find???? TONS of onion. What part of NO ONION don't you understand. Wasted food and waste of money. If you cannot follow simple directions, than I will not be eating there.

They never answer the phone and the service is terrible. This is one place in red deer that no one would miss. Golden Palace is much nicer food and people.

Went for supper buffet, honestly wasnt as bad as some people described. I feel like there was definitely some dramatics in some peoples reviews, I have definitely had worse chinese food here in town.

My wife and I really used to like this place, but this time was the third time in a row where I got there shortly after 6 and the buffet was pretty much picked-over. Staff is nice, food is OK (used to be better), but combine lack of food with just OK, and I won't be back for a while.
There wasnt a big variety of food and I didnt enjoy it as much this time. For what you pay I didnt feel it was worth it.

If I could give a 0 I would. We have gone there for a number of years, but will no longer return. On Valentines Day, there was only one server on and he didn’t seem to have much experience. The food was barely warm, a fellow would come from the back with a microphone and loudly call in to the back with dishes that needed replenishing. A woman in the back was hollering all night in the kitchen which did NOTHING for any sort of quiet time. The glass divider between the buffet and tables was filthy. I counted.13 dirty tables on the right side of the buffet bar. I get that the young fellow was a bit green, but service was slow. It was expensive for an almost cold meal. Will not go back!
