The manager was too busy yelling at an employee for 2-3 minutes behind the sandwich counter as I was the only dude waiting to order so I left and tried the pita place instead.

No gluten free bread or anything but white, soft drink machine turned off no that we have to buy bottles / no refills / lady in front of me waited 20 min in line just for them to not have what she needed.

Staff Ibrahim didn't welcome us no hello no hi. He was just finishing his work first ( removing liners from tray ) . After 3 to 4 min he said what you want . They were also out of teriyaki chicken at 7pm and there was still 2 hours pending for closing. Then I ask for crispy chiken . I got 2 footlong which were totally cold. He toast both footlong together on one footlong setting. Very disappointed, never come again.

I must say the crew working tonight around 6 were top notch! Customer service in fast food has gone downhill in most places, but not here!! They young man making our sandwiches was interacting and cracking jokes with us the whole time. When we got home we noticed he wrote “Same as mom but different” on my one sons sub (he ordered the same sub but kept saying it was different from mine) and “mom” on mine. Was a small act but we all broke out laughing. Thank you subway team for having the best customer service! We will 100% be using this location every time.

I ordered four sandwiches by Skip Dishes, I ordered crispy chicken, 2 steaks and a teriyaki. When I opened the sandwiches, there were only vegetables and no meat.And when I went to Subway to show him, he replied that this is what it is.Very arrogant and rude, this will be my last time buying from Subway

I order my usual sub , I watched the guy put it together asked for white cheese there was blue spots on it , I said what’s that and he said dye , they put it on everything ,I said I don’t want that , not sure what’s going on but I’m done with subway .

The worst Subway in Red Deer. Do not recommend. Go to the one in Deer park, or any other one. Look at all the low reviews, says a lot about their poor management.

They definitely need more staff at this location and perhaps better training. There were 10 plus people in line today and the two staff working seemed to only care about the Skip orders. I totally understand that restaurants get a lot of Skip orders and they need to be done in a timely manner but you can't just ignore a growing line in your restaurant. It would make more sense to have one person working on those orders and one helping the customers in store.

This location could use some better staff training.. I went in to order a rice bowl for my girlfriend. the employee put no effort into making it look proper.. my girlfriend was upset the vegitables were soggy, underneath the hot rice.. when we came back in to get it remade by the other employee.. he got offended and sulked in the corner, instead of watching his coworker remake it so he could learn from his mistake. This location could use some better stand who want to provide top notch customer service, instead of employees who clock in to make a quick buck.
