Need to cook chicken a little longer. My family and I had ordered 18 pieces. It was fresh it was tasty. But hours later, our tummies started to turn. Had the runs for 5 days. Had to take lots of probiotics. Better now. But just a heads up, if it's being freshly made, maybe ask for them to cook a little bit more ?

This was the worst experience in my life regarding fast food. Whoever worked on April 23rd around 9pm deserves to be fired. I called and they were so condescending and rude. I will be in contact with the manager to receive owners information to make an official complaint. Whoever worked tonight and answered the phone you need to find a new job, you obviously can’t do customer service. I told them I wanted two items, no combo. I pay and leave, soon realizing I paid for a combo. So I called and politely asked why I was charged for a combo when I didn’t ask. He VERY rudely told me it was cheaper (okay fair enough) but than why didn’t I get the items for a combo? He had no answer and proceeded to be beyond rude. So I paid for a combo I didn’t want AND didn’t get the fry’s and drink WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF A COMBO. I will be back, but not to order. I will get my money back and this worker will either get fired or have to deal with me (: don’t be rude to the wrong people!

This place is my go-to when I'm stoned. Not as expensive as other fast food places in town. Very typical experience. However, nothing justifies a 5 star rating at a Taco Bell nor any fast food place, really. I'm only giving this Taco Bell 4 stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are supposed to closed at 10pm, my husband and I went through the drive thru at 9.45pm and we ordered Beef tacos and then the lady there said there was no beef only chicken, so we ordered chicken hard tacos, they "took" our order and when we went through the window to pay with a smile on her face she said "sorry there is no chicken either". So we just had to drive away. They are just lazy and don't want to work even when they were "open" still.

Didn't get food and wouldn't serve us 20 mins to 10. But don't worry I got food from burger King and wasn't cut off mid sentence to tell me they put all their stuff away.

Totall disappointed for the first time ever ordering it.Hardly any beef / chicken in our tacos and the Food was cold when delivered via Uber. They forgot three items on our order so pretty poor quality control there.Can’t believe the lack of content in our tacos. You don’t get what you pay for. Not even close although the food did taste good.
The portion of food was ridiculous. I asked for more and I was denied because the machine portions and weighs it out. I offered to pay and no I am not allowed. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! The front area was filthy also, drink area was sticky with soda spilt everywhere. Mud all over the wall, carpet and wall.

Stopped at Taco Bell and had a couple of regular hard shell tacos. I used to be a big fan of these and had not had any in a while. Although they had decent flavor they were really lacking in the toppings. The shell was more than half empty and left lots to be desired. The hot sauce is great make sure you get some but maybe skip the tacos. They also don't have a taco Tuesday promo.
