My husband and I went to this Tim Hortons today. We used to go here lots but it's been a year or so since we've been in. I can honestly say that this is the dirtiest most disgusting Tim's that we have ever been in. The windows were so dirty that someone actually wrote in the dirt "clean me". The garbage box looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. Even the sign board above the til had something splashed on it and it had run down in long drips. The tables were gross. The counter front was filthy. This was not just one days worth of dirt. It was neglect from weeks. The picture with the red wall is the ledge behind out seat. It was covered in a half inch of dirt. I don't know who owns this location, but you need to step up and get cleaning. Expecting people to frequent your location when it looks like this is rediculous. You give the Tim Horton's franchise a bad name. We won't be back ever.

Originally I was pretty upset, the person who's supposed to take orders could barely speak English and they all were yelling at each other in Phillipino which I find disrespectful and they were out of everything I asked for and received attitude and sighs combined with eye rolls but then someone came in and was told to leave because they spit on her yesterday so he started yelling profanity and threw a wet floor sign and made a huge scene and called her every name in the book which made me feel much better. You get respect if you show respect! Being Canadian means way more than just living in Canada! She definitely got what she deserved. Ps this is for the downtown location.

By far the slowest and worst service of any location in Red Deer. Wasn't always the case, their was a time when they had an older lady that was fast and friendly and spoke English clearly (we are an English speaking country afterall). In the last year my coffee is wrong 50% of the time, that's a high failure rate. Maybe it's a communication issue, they staff people taking orders on drive-thru that are not proficient at our native language. If your going to have the WORST service in the city atleast do the simple task of mixing sugar and cream into a coffee correctly. Yes it's only $2.15 but it's the principle, if I wanted bland coffee I'd order one. If I wanted to waste my money I'd just drive by give you the money and leave without my order. Whoever owns this franchise location is letting it slide into the gutter especially over the past year. All this livable wage talk and they can't get a coffee right.

I asked for a bagel and two hashbrowns. They put the hashbrowns inside the bagel. Who puts hashbrowns inside a bagel? Crispy things and moist things do not go together. Just not appealing at all and a complete failure to meet the

Visited this location after finding it listed as open 24 hours on Google. Took a taxi to get there, only to be met with disappointment. When I asked about items, they consistently said they didn't have them. Eventually, I settled for a bagel and coffee, hoping for a quiet meal. However, in the middle of eating, one of their staff rudely insisted I leave immediately, citing their supposed closing time. Despite the claim of being open around the clock, the staff insisted on closing at 10 p.m. Misrepresentation of their hours and the unhelpful staff made for an overall unpleasant experience. Not recommended at all.

Bathroom stinks of pee, lightbulbs out in the seating area, cuts in bench seating, not how it once was a couple years back when it was the best Tims location in town, better to make coffee at home.
