i go to the location all the time as it’s close by. but as of recent, i’ve been having worse and worse luck.i ordered my usually bacon farmers wrap, no egg extra bacon. i got my wrap, and i usually i don’t check it to see if there’s no egg… well this time i checked it when i got home. i didn’t find an egg, but i found a piece of parchment paper in my food.My tea order is usually alright. But again… i didn’t receive what i asked for, i asked for a new one and for it to be corrected. and i got yet another incorrectly made tea.as a former tim hortons employee this pains me. please do better guys.

Went here tonight at 730ish for a large double double and a med London fog. They gave me my London fog it was made with an earl grey tea bag and whipped cream. My coffee was given to me as a med when I clearly stated a large. Who makes a london fog with whipped cream? It was by far way too sweet. Have had issues with this tims in the past, I'll just go the extra 2 blocks and get what I want and have it made properly. WHIPPED CREAM HA.

Wish the retro donuts were exactly like the originals. The two supposed Dutchies I bought had like 3 or 4 raisins in them. The originals were loaded. So disappointing!

** love how Timmies responds but when you visit the page they link. they just give you the run around for weeks - what a joke this company has become***One thing to wait 30 mins in drive thru (with 5 vehicles in front of us) - but when my coffee is cold, well that’s another. This location always takes forever, so if you’re in a rush avoid avoid avoid.usually the staff make up for the wait as most are friendly.Cold coffee though - and it was the last one we waited for so should have been hot. So disappointed, Wouldn’t be so bad if I was headed home but a long drive ahead means it sits.

Today is the third time in a couple months I've gone here to grab donuts and they have no donuts so i went to a different location. This franchise is supposed to be famous for their donuts, apparently this location would like to be famous for losing their customers to other franchise owners. Get it together.

Today at around 9:30 ish.The lady working the window in drive through, Brunet with a semicolon tattoo (I believe) on her wrist was very rude, normally a regular of this Tim’s and the normal staff is great!But this member today was rude. Probably won’t be back even though this is the most convenient one and WAS the only one I went to. Not anymore.
