My daughter ordered a strawberry blended drink with tapioca pearls. We usually try these everywhere we go together because we really enjoy bubble tea. Unfortunately, at this location the strawberry flavour they used was awful. No real fruit was used, it was some sort of flavoring. The drink started separating within 2 minutes and we discarded it. Would not recommend.

Went last week to get an avocado bubble tea (to go) for my husband. Went home and handed it to my husband. He noticed a strand of hair inside the cup. Tried calling the store a handful times but no answer. Sent a message to their website but haven’t heard from them yet.

Would NOT answer their phones when I tried to call several times about the fact that they GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. Had to go in, and then I was refused a refund because I didn't have a receipt and they wanted "proof that I had food poisoning". DO YOU WANT A PICTURE OF MY VOMIT??? Will never go to ANY Umi Sushi again.

Food was poorly packaged and tasted bad, not old but definitely not fresh, when I took the lid off half the food was stuck to the lid, it was a mess for the price its not worth it, they have no idea how to run a business.

Usually stop here while visiting Red Deer. Pretty delicious sushi and great tempura.
Ordered a bubble tea thinking it was green tea then got it and saw that it had milk in it, which I am allergic to. Asked for a new one because i cant actually drink it and they told me i would have to pay for another one because then they're wasting money. From throwing out one drink.. I can't imagine it costing them more than a dollar to make the drink and it costed me 6. They said I would have to spill it in order to get another made, so I said okay I'll just spill it, but I'm not making the custodians clean that up so you make me a new drink. VERY DISSATISFIED.

All they sell here is California rolls with different toppings... Sobeys does better with their roll selection..You guys gotta step it up if your charging me $10 for a Cali roll...
