I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chop Steakhouse and I must say, the service provided by our server Shaelyn was outstanding. From the moment we were seated until we left, she went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable.Shaelyn was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations based on our preferences. She was attentive to our needs without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance.Moreover, Shaelyns friendly demeanor and genuine interest in our satisfaction truly elevated our dining experience. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional service, and it made our evening at Chop Steakhouse truly special.I highly recommend dining at Chop Steakhouse Sherwood and experiencing the remarkable service firsthand. Kudos to the management for having such a dedicated and professional team member, Shaelyn. We will definitely be returning!

The steak entrees were good, but I have had much better meals at this location on prior visits. The warm bread was delicious, but two of our party needed gluten free buns which arrived frozen. (I'm not sure why no one noticed the rock solid, cold temp in the kitchen).

Food was great and the cocktails were awesome. Service was good and not rushed. The only thing I can criticize is that the floors are peeling and chipping,( cheap laminate?). Other than that, well done.

The food is good and the servers are nice but the dishes were not cleaned properly. Fork had residue from food on the end and two glasses had pieces of pulp(?) in them.

Service was exceptional. Drinks were great. Food was up to Chop's usual standard. Would highly recommend. Music was way too loud though and they even turned it up around 5:30'ish. Hard to talk to the person you were dining with. As the music got louder then the patrons got even louder.
