really disappointed! the menus weren’t even up on the screen when we got there, one guy came in and walked out without being helped and the employee, sonia was quite short with us. we didn’t see her wash her hands before making our food and was aggressively picking her nose while making our food! definitely won’t come back here again.

Terrible customer service from this location, why have your hours on opening for 10AM if your employees do not answer at all. I had a serious allergy concern that needed to be addressed and called multiple times and no one responded before the order was delivered. This was a large order, so unfortunately some of the items ordered was contaminated and no longer edible.If you looking to make changes to your order after it was ordered for pickup/delivery do not go to this location.

Covid is over. Get with the times and open the seating area. Literally the only place in western Canada that I’ve been too that doesn’t have an open seating area. Snap out of it

This is a great Chopped Leaf location. It is super clean and the staff are great. The service was quick and excellent. The food was fresh and delicious as always. Super convenient location too.

I've seen several Chopped Leaf locations in my travels but had never stopped in. The feel is very clean and modern but not stuffy and uncomfortable. You don't feel like you're in a place where you can't pronounce anything and have no idea what you're getting. The menu is very descriptive and you know exactly what you are getting. The food while not cheap is very fresh and flavorful. Definitely a place where you do not feel guilty about eating afterwards. Lately I've heard the phrase eat your food like medicine or you'll end up eating medicine for food a lot. This place makes you feel good about what you're putting in your body. Will definitely return.

I had the delicious Pegasus salad. Portion is substantial and there is an abundance of ingredients/toppings. One thing that stood out was the customer service. Not only did they make the food quickly, they also brought it to the table and later checked to see if I was enjoying it. This particular location is clean, spacious, and well lit. The booths and tables give it more of a restaurant feel.

I was not pleased with my meal order! I Specifically said I wanted a southwest bowl, BOWL. So not coming here often I thought that was the one that came with the rice. The brought out my meal and it was just the salad. I brought it to there attention that I had said bowl and they said oh you wanted it with rice, that will be an extra charge. I then said no I didn't want it, that was what I originally ordered!! Not pleased. The staff member did come to me to apologize and ask if I wanted my meal re made free of charge, I was already eating it. That was good on her part. I was pleased with the staff.
