Popped in on October 9 @ 10:30 ish’ am. I said ‘Good AM’ 3 times to the lone employee.She stared at me - No response?!?I ordered my cinnamon buns and she seemed totally stressed out and kept looking behind as if there was someone who should be helping her?One other customer showed up and the phone rang.Clearly it was too much for this lady. But it shouldn’t become the problem of your customers. Very awkward ?She never spoke to me except to say what I owed. Bad customer service.

I went into this location this afternoon around 1:30 pm. This is my third visit here, the first visit was ok the staff seemed friendly enough but didn’t seem to have much patience with the customers. Today confirmed that, I wasn’t even greeted with a “how can I help you?” The woman behind the counter seemed more annoyed than anything so I was very basic with my order then I was asked “is that it?” I didn’t get a thank you have a nice day or anything so I just paid up and left (even though the bread she gave me wasn’t the one I wanted, I was just happier to leave at the time) Once I did pay however she raised her arm in the air said something (in another language) and turned away from me. Little odd. The store wasn’t busy as I was the only customer in at the time. I won’t be coming back to this location. Disappointed not once, not twice but three times (bigger fool me). I can honestly say though that I gave them a fair chance. Never give your money to someone who doesn’t appreciate it. Doesn’t hurt to be a bit personable either when dealing with the public.

If you haven't tried Cobbs Bread yet, you are missing out on great tasting bread and other baked goodies! We are tired of bland store bought bread. It tends to be doughy and pretty tasteless.We prefer the country grain loaves and we buy then 4 loaves at a time and freeze 3 of them. Their cinnamon buns are also a great treat. The cost is higher, but the old adage, "You get what your pay for" applies here. The ladies at this store are pleasant to and efficient!
