Extremely slow in the drive thru. We were parked for a good 10 minutes before they brought our food.. half of it was already cold.

I didn't get what I asked for as a blizzard and when I asked to have what I ordered, I was treated rudely. Not going back to this location!

Lines move fast and efficiently. Service is friendly and I haven't received a wrong order ever, which is rare for fast food places. This DQ is on point.

Came here to celebrate and the staff were very fast to serve so many people, and they bring you your food so you can go sit down after paying. The ice cream here is like no other, absolutely delicious.Parking: Plenty of spots in a large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp to enter and exit the restaurant.

Asked for Poutine with fresh fries, ended up with getting old fries and the portion was only 60% of what it supposed to be. Then the staff started arguing instead of making it

I normally love this location, and always have good service. However, today, when I called to inquire about a custom cake, the decorator I spoke to was beyond rude. I asked if it would be possible to have done sometime tomorrow ( It didn't have to be in the morning or anything). She told me that management set a min 48hr notice for custom cakes (it would have just been fine if she explained that and stopped there). But then she was like well what did you want? And I tried to explain it to her and how I didn't want an "edible image" and her tone became rude and she made it sound like a burden. Don't offer custom cakes if you don't want to do them plain and simple. She wen't on to say it's an extra cost of $10 for icing or gel (I order custom cakes from DQ all the time and have never been charged for the icing, even at this store I had an absolutely beautiful cake made for my daughter's birthday last year where the decorator went above and beyond). But not just that she started complaining saying it's because it takes her an extra 2 hrs to do customs with icing or gel..... it's not my fault it takes her longer to do.Also she went on to say the online ordering will say $12 (and it does under edible image, website doesnt say anything about a charge for icing) but that she only charges $10, so like shes doing me a favor.I could see if it was standard practice or something but like I said I have ordered plenty of custom cakes from them and many other Dairy queens before and this is the first time I have heard of it.Anyways not impressed and will just avoid this location in the future as the experience was very off putting.Called the one on 127th and 169st in edmonton and they are able to have it done tomorrow even though their decorator isn't even in until then!

Went there yesterday and although the service was fine, I paid over $18 for a TINY single cheeseburger, a handful of onion rings, a small soft drink and a small blizzard that was about the size of a shot glass. The food was mostly fine other than the burger which tasted the same and shared the consistency with a packaged gas station burger. I literally laughed to myself as I was eating about how little food I got for the money. In order to have repeat business, customers must feel that they are getting value for their money. I did not get value for my money. Do better, DQ.
