WOW, so disappointed... we went in with coupons, cannot believe in small print they are designated for specific hours??! I can maybe see certain days of the week for coupons but not during lunch or supper time lol?? feeding a family of four and wanted to use the 2 can dine coupons (2 of them) and even though its 2 people picking this up, they said only use one coupon lol... so guess we would have to separate ourselves and do 2 orders... one person could buy 2 meals with the one coupon and the other can do the same thing... so ridiculous... food gone downhill unless south common in edmonton makes far better burgers? not even worth the $48 that was spent.. 5 guys so much tastier. bring my business elsewhere

We’ve always loved the food at Fatburger, it’s actually the customer service that made the difference. Everyone was so awesome! The guy who took the order was great and the guy who served the orders was awesome too. He even gave my kids something to do while waiting.Kid-friendliness: They have something that will keep kids busy!

I've been ordering from Fatburger for awhile and the quality just keeps getting worse each time I order. From food arriving cold to brown, wilted, soggy lettuce atop the burger. It just isn't worth the price, $25 for mediocre burger and fries and it doesn't even come with a beverage. I don't think I will be ordering from Fatburger for awhile, if ever at all.Waiting for the uninspired copy and paste reply to reviews, It seems you put as much effort into your burgers as you do responding to customer complaints, none.

Everything was perfect and tasted so good. I got the chicken tender and fries meal with their delicious honey mustard. We had an awful dinner at Chop Steakhouse and Bar and this tasted even better with only being a quarter of the price. The customer service was so great and they were very friendly.

Burger was phenomenal! It's been a super long time since I ate at Fatburger and I'm not sure why!I wasn't super fond of the milkshake and I found it really pricey for the size. I wouldn't order that again but the fries, gravy and burgers are a definite must have again.
