Like my Harvey's fix when I come to the city however this time 3:00 pm fries and rings served had been sitting under the heat lamp way to long. Would have sent them back but on a time limit. You can do better than that. Throw them in the trash and make fresh, that way you don't get negative feedback.

Never ate a this place. Ordered $10 Burger. Immediately regret coming here. Double patties cheapest Patties with cheap texture. Threw it out went to another place . You won't be able to tell if it's beef or synthetic meat. who knows what it is. Definitely did not taste like beef. Gross. Not sure what I ate. For all I know could have been dogs or cats.

Don't know if the drive thru speaker doesn't work, but ordering was painful. Took forever to order, and a long wait for 2 cold burnt burgers.You would think after all the cold food reviews they would heat their meals before serving :(

We ordered from this location through the App when it showed this location closed at 9:45pm. (we ordered at 9:15pm) for pickup. After ordering, we headed (25 minutes away from us) to pick up the order. When arriving to the restaurant we were surprised it was closed when we arrived.After driving back home, we emailed customer service and requested our money to be refunded. Customer Service's response was to issue a gift card, rather than refund our money.We drove 25 minutes both way's almost an hour of our time based on the app stating the restaurant was still open, if it was our mistake and we requested refund, I can understand the gift card, however our actions were entirely based on the app stating this location was open until 9:45pm.I understand mistakes happen, but customer service shrugged it off as an "oh well" experience. It was not free for us to drive there and back home.

2 stars because my fiance really liked his burger combo and the mini donuts are great! This is my fiances favorite place to order a quick burger on the go. I have real issue when twice now (back to back) we went in the drive thru, fiance ordered and we never received the full order. Today we stopped by and ordered a junior burger kids combo and came home to just a jr burger... no combo uhmmmm wtf? Kudos harveys for upsetting a lil kid who was excited to get his combo and didn't receive the entire combo. Our previous visit we ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup for a sick person at home this was their only request... and we didn't receive it. We still got charged for the kids combo and the soup... nice huh... smh. This place is NOT getting a 3rd change to screw us out of our money! First Tim Hortons in shpk can't ever get a coffee order right to the point I refuse to frequent any tim Hortons in shpk and now harveys in shpk has joined the stay away from club! To quote taylor swift, "We are never ever everrrrrrrr getting back together!" Be better harveys! Ps u owe us for a soup and the rest of the kids combo we didn't receive...

Just went through the drive through and the young ladies were so much fun. I ordered the veggie burger which always takes a long time to cook but those girls made the time go swiftly by. They make a very good team and we were able to have a few laughs. Will def. go here again.

My husband picked up our food, drive thru but unfortunately all of our food was cold. With no one in drive thru our food should of been hot. Disappointed!
