Went in for lunch and our food was cold. Told the server and she laughed and did nothing. Didnt get any drink refills and waited forever to pay the bill. Won’t be back

Went here last night at 11:30 with a group of girlfriends and sat at the table for 15 minutes without any service or acknowledgment. Multiple servers walked by and didn’t say anything. Ended up walking up to the server in our section and asked her for menus & drinks. She gave us menus and then walked away and took another 10-15 minutes to come back to take our drink order. At that point I didn’t even want to order anything from the establishment, so we then left and went to Brewhouse across the street. However, I came here earlier in the day for patio drinks with some friends and the service was amazing!!

Well, I was going to say they've always got great service, great food and great atmosphere, but that was the 3 criteria it has for me to choose from anyway. They also always have a great beer selection.

Although the food quality was great, as of late we have found that the cleanliness of your restaurant needs attention . We found that the tables, chairs , the booths, floors and the washrooms were very dirty. We were served a beer with a long hair in i(disgusting) to say the least. Twice we had to ask the server for clean cutlery. Our server wasn’t the least concerned or apologetic over our obvious concerns. Your servers and buss people could use some training both in cleanliness and people skills.

Our food here was excellent. We had the burger and the breakfast sandwich and fries. All of it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Would definitely return, next time I wouldn't sit at the bar because it was busy, but the staff were excellent with checking to see how our food was.
