We have tried this place twice; the second time solidifying it being our last time. The macaroni is starchy and quite tasteless, other than the toppings, which didn't do much to enhance the overall experience. It was also fairly al dante on all dishes ordered. The sauce in the macaroni was just underwhelming and blah. One of our dishes was unexpectedly quite spicy, heatwise, which added nothing to the dish, except for the need for there to be a glass of water nearby (I believe this was the soft pretzel bites/aoili). We will satisfy our macaroni cravings in a different way, for a way lesser price in the future. Nice delivery service however.

We have ordered from this location more than once usually very satisfied. However, today our pretzel bites were not bites they were sticks and the queso was just thrown into the box so it spilled everywhere. The Mac and cheese was still good but very disappointed with our pretzels.

I ordered the butter chicken Mac n cheese for delivery tonight and wowww. It was so so good. Was still hot when I got it, the flavours were incredible 10/10. Definitely ordering it again. Thanks cooks, absolutely nailed it!

I hate leaving bad reviews, honestly. I ordered through skip, and an hour later, I thought I'd call the restaurant and see if everything was OK. They hung up on me. And hours and a half later, still no text update, no call, and no food. I wish inwould have ordered through anywhere else. Maybe Wendy's. A baconator is always good. And it's close.

Tried this through Skip the Dishes and delivery was later than estimated. Food was cold and the perogies that came with one dish were cold and gummy.Asked for a refund and told them they could pick up the food to show that it’s not edible. Offered me 50% back. Nope - it’s not edible and Skip ended the conversation after I asked for a Manager.Thought they were a new restaurant as I’ve never heard of them. I googled them and saw that I live less than 3 minutes away from them. Have never seen the restaurant and I would have driven there as so close and saved myself all the fees. How could my food be cold within a 3 minute drive?It’s a waste of money - better places in Sherwood Park - support them.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews because I understand that we're all human and things happen. However, my experience with them matches that of others and it sounds like a repeated problem. I ordered through UberEats and was given a 30-55 minute expected delivery. I didn't get it until 2 hours after the expected delivery time (waited for about 3 hours). I've tried calling 4 times and I did not receive an answer any of those times. Additionally, I wasn't notified that my delivery eventually arrived by the means I was told to expect (a phone call or knock) and I only found out by continously checking. By the time I got the food, it was cold and dry. All of this was highly unprofessional and disappointing The reviews sound like the restaurant is good in person, but I would recommend not ordering food from them if you're getting it delivered.
