The one thing about McDonald's is you always know what you are getting. The consistency is good. However, the price has gone up significantly and the value is no longer there. A family could easily spend 50 bucks here which seems crazy for fast food.

I given it so many tries and majority of the time. Fries are cold. They don’t change the oil and pop. Been ignored at the till for 5 minutes before anyone wants to take your order even on a non busy night

Order 2 lattes at the drive through, I was told to go to the last window. They literally just ignored me for like 10 minutes at - 30 degrees, I had to go to park in front of the restaurant and go in to claim my order. No apologies, no explanation. So unprofessional.

Well I'm a fat kid at heart, so I love when I can go to McDonald's. It's just so classic, so many things, so many memories, so many choices. Never have I been disappointed. Chicken nuggets, fries, mcflurry, mmmmmmm. I seen a wedding here once, so it's not cliche like many seem to portray McDonald's. And now they have pre order and you can wait in your vehicle for your food. Sort of reminds me of the drive in's. But it is a drive in with a play place. Win win, in so many ways

Horrible customer service and when they screw up they just charge you more to fix their mistakes, which they make 9/10 times. Management is also useless and has zero sense of customer service or ability to train their staff.
