Contractors performing work have no understanding of Albertan Safety Requirements and when inquiries were made the contractors were rude, combatitve, argumentative, and not helpful.McDonalds has the legal obligation to make sure the public and the contractors are following required laws, legislation, and produces. Whicb clearly they aren't.

Most unfriendly staff on drive-through at 6:30 AM every morning.Although, the 2 guys that take the money are good. The rest don’t have the time of day to say good morning or thank you.

This McDonald’s screws up your order 4/5 times. It’s ridiculous. It’s happened so many times I felt compelled to write a review about it. That’s how bad this is. For example, I just got my wife an earl grey tea and brought it home and it didn’t have a teabag in it. It was just a cup of hot water. The package with the stir stick and honey didn’t have a tea bag in it either…..

Horrible overall experience. We were ordering food then the staff at the first windows screen shut off (which isn’t their fault). Then we pull up to the second window and she asks for our order, I began telling it to her when the window was shut in my face because an older asian lady with short black hair and tattoos on her arm was “cold”. However it was clear that she didn’t not want to interact with customers. So she only took the first part of our order then when we corrected her for the rest after we tapped on the window cuz she had shut it due to her thinking we were finished but also cut me off once again. She then got upset and began going off on the driver. On top of that our burgers were cooked rare which I didn’t know was possible at a mcdonald’s and the mcflurries were hardly mixed. Overall big disaster!The asian lady ruined our experience, she is rude and seems to really hate her job. The rest of the staff were very kind.
