I been coming here every morning for a few years now. Love seeing Debora greet me at the window. She’s so lovely to everyone. The coffee and food majority of the time always comes out fresh. You can tell it’s well run and they change the oil often. We live closer the the McDonald’s in Emerald but that location is by far the worst in Sherwood Park so we always drive a little farther for great service and fresh food.

Honestly they use to be goodBut forget everything now asked and payed for mayo and the window but never got it three meals but no straws have also gotten extra food I never paid for that I’m assuming is someone else’s order they aren’t put together and they take forever for not even getting what you ordered use to be my go to McDonald’s because it’s close and good but it’s worth driving the extra few minutes for an order actually made right

Workers are incompetent. Ordered through app. They don’t bring it out when I selected that option. Happened more than once at this location. I didn’t believe in a bad review after one time. But after 2 times it’s not acceptable. EDIT: get home and the sausage egg McMuffin that I ordered was a McGriddle. Complete amateurs, it’s embarrassing.
