An error was made in preparing our order. I called and spoke with Sunny (the manager) and he was fabulous! He was so apologetic and kind when dealing with me. He made sure to completely compensate the order and replaced with the correct order.We will definitely be back!Thanks Sunny!
After cancelling my skip the dishes order because they apparently could not find a courier to pick up and deliver my food and had my food sitting at New York Fries, for 20+ minutes, I went to NYF to pick up my order and had fantastic costumer service! They remade my whole order because it was sitting there for so long waiting for a skip courier.Definitely returning without using Skip the dishes!
