Huge thank you to whoever was working tonight. I drive a very long way home and I really appreciated how my food was packaged. The salad was packaged separately and when I opened my food I was jumping for joy that I did not have to eat hot soggy salad! It was amazing, as was the food! I came in at the dinner rush to make an order and as I’m waiting there, the whole dining area packed with people waiting for orders, One of the employees decides it’s the perfect time to cart out a vat of grease through the dining area and out the front door ?♂️ it was so gross I almost asked for a refund like seriously you have a back door for a reason.

Best customer service i've experienced in my life!i phoned many times trying to figure out app, and more than helpful, let alone, called me back to make a better suggestion to my questions! Eventually had to go in there as my card wouldn't work online, were more than helpful to seperate my cold food from hot food, as i wasn't eating it right away! i gotta say, i was so happy, and really can't express how amazing they all were!!

Would rate zero stars if I could but that’s not an option. We stopped in at 8:30 which is 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 9:00pm (aka, WELL BEFORE CLOSING TIME) and got told all they had available is salads ? no souvlaki, no calamari and no fries. Refused to cook anything for us because they “have cleaning duties that they have to start before closing”. I’m sorry, but if your posted hours of business say that you’re open until 9:00pm, you should be serving your whole damn menu until 9:00pm, and not shutting down early just because your employees want to dip out asap after the store closes. Extremely annoying and I just hope this was just an isolated employee being lazy and not how you guys actually want to run your business.
Slowest service and undercooked fries. It's like they have no idea how to operate when there is a slight backup or something. They also throw together the food like we're not paying actual money for
