What happened Pizza Hut? You used to care about your pizza and the quality and amount of toppings. Now it's seems like you could care less. Last night we ordered 2 specialty pizzas for $40 and maybe recieved $10 in pizza. I never knew regular or pan crust mean thinner than a piece of paper. The pizza was flat and looked like a Flatbread. The toppings were so scarce we couldn't tell the difference between a Ham & Pineapple and a triple crown. Thankfully there are more pizza places in Sherwood Park because we will never order from here again. The icing on the cake came when our pizza left the store at 620pm with expected delivery of 645. At 640 the tracker just stopped working after showing the driver lost and driving all over. I then call the store and spoke to a female Manager who was rude, short and didn't seem to give a you know what. Do yourself a favor and give your pizza money to some place else.

This location seems very dishonest. I went to use a gift card and they kept trying telling me I had zero balance. I decided to check the website to check my balance and sure enough it said I had a $25 balance. Once I showed them, it worked right away. Be careful!

A friend was going there for me me being disabled and retired my favorite was the bread cheese sticks nothing else extra sauce well they must have had bad dough bad sauce and terrible service with their new girl and i ate 2 peices dipped in sauce the first evening after heating the cheese sticks up 15 seconds seemed all good as before then 1 hr later i tossed it all out and hurt the rest of the nightSo gave them another shot thinking it was the sauce and 1 hr later i started shaking and trembling and froze up went to bed couldn't get warm and 1 later still shaking and freezing i passed out WOW NEVER AGAIN FROM THAT STORE i at pasta and cheese whiz mix at 6pm ZERO ISSUES so tossed all the rest out sauce and cheese bread sticks WOW AND THE NEW GIRL SHOULD BE MORE POLIGHT PERIODBAD BATCH OF FOOD HAPPENS NOW AND AGAIN BUT WHO KNOWS NEVER FROM THERE EVER AGAIN

Our last minute decision of ordering pizza from pizza hut turns out to be too good…in terms of taste and quality it was delicious.. never had a pizza like that from pizza hut…and the girl working there was very nice and meets all the aspects of perfect customer service?
The pizza is always so good from here, staff are friendly, always have a nice chat with Cristina! Delivery is also great always fast and hot, drivers definitely deserve big tips!

I have ordered from this place for 3 years. I have left positive reviews.But not this timeI ordered the 2 pizza with chicken deal.One of the pizzas was ham and pineapple. I could not fine I single piece of ham. Not one. I had 17 pieces of pineapple.Sauce was put on very sparingly and all cover with cheese all around the out side was 1 3/4 of an inch with absolutely nothing on it.We guessed it must be a new cook.Last nights order was so very disappointing.My dogs enjoyed it though as they get the crust and in this case the crust made up 25 percent of the pizza.

I ordered a gluten free pizza, which cost $5 more, and it barely had any cheese or other toppings. Not worth $15.99! A real rip-off!

Delivery guy was excellent and very polite however the food is horrible, I asked for mild to medium wings I got sent scorching hot wings, Ordered the garlic cheese bread received this really overcooked dry as h*** almost bread stick like garbage, But the cans of pepsi are nice and cold at least, We'll never order from here
