I was happy to see a Frenchish name hopping for a great poutine. The “gravy” / sauce was very good. More curds are needed. The fries need to be double fried so they don’t get too soggy with the sauce. The heat needs to go up to just start to melt the curds... not that I am a expert or anything. I have been eating poutines for 30 years. You are close. I wish you bonne chance ici à Sherwood Park.

Can’t recommend. We had high hopes, but the poutine was average, the onion rings were good as were the milkshakes. However, the burgers were bad. The burger was thin and all 3 of ours were burnt. Had this not been take out I would have returned them all. It was not busy so no reason for this to happen. Won’t be back.

I hadn't been in a while and on my most recent visit I realized that there was new ownership. The previous owner made everything from scratch but now everything is boxed and frozen. I was quite disappointed. I probably won't be back. Too bad.

Well, we thought we'd give this burger place a try, somewhere new to try in Sherwood park. My opinion is, it didn't really blow me away and it didn't really upset me. I had the Philly cheese steak, which want bad, little bland except the sauce, which was good. Overall, not bad, kids liked the poutine, and I found my onion rings way too greasy.

Worst burger I ever had, tasted like sand and is always very soggy and greasy. Lucky to get one star. Also, the service is terrible and I was served by a child that looked like he was 10 years old who could barely carry our food.

This little burger joint isn't too bad. Burgers are decent and fires are somewhat soggy but I think thats due to the fact that they are chopped up in the restaurant from regular potatoes so they absorb a bit more oil than usual. Still good though. Never busy so that's why I keep coming back from time to time.
Worst fries ever! Soggy as hell very oily and no one here when we arrived feels like just passing off old fries to customers. Burgers tasteless and greasy as hell we both won't return to this Restuarant as it was horrible food for burgers! Lucky to get a 2 star rating for the food they serve! Fries should be cooked more and same with the burgers ! A complete disappointment but am sure it won't last long if the food is like this all the time I won't bring my worst enemy here to eat this food. The owner should be ashamed of the quality of the food he serves I would be!

Below average burger. Lacks taste. Terrible service. I ordered a burger and fries to go. Waited almost half hour. Noticed people that came in well after in large groups getting served first. Only thing is, all the orders were wrong. Burgers are being cooked by what looked like an 8 year old kid. Won't go back.

It's a solid 3 stars. I'll be back, but probably won't crave it. I work incredibly close to this location... so on Friday when I couldn't figure out what to eat, this is where I ended up. Really what brought me in was the idea of poutine. I love a good poutine. I walked in at about 11:55 and there was only 1 person in line ahead of me. The ordering process was fairly painless... I had read Russell's review before going in so I was armed with responses to the questions I knew would be coming at me. When I started to answer her first question, she stopped me and pointed to a sign with the available toppings. "Just tell me what you want on it". hrm... okay. Single cheese burger, carmelized mushrooms, pickles, chippotle mayo. The burger was pretty good. The pickles were sliced too thick though... I know that's a weird complaint, but it made it difficult to eat. I'll come back for burgers. The poutine was a let down though. The fries LOOKED delicious, but there was no seasoning on them at all :( It took almost 15 minutes after I ordered for my food to be ready for takeout, and by the time I left, the line up was out the door. There was one person working the till and taking orders, and only two people in the kitchen. I can't imagine how high the wait times can get during a busy lunch. I've heard the milkshakes are really great, so I would give them a shot next time too.

I have been meaning to try sky high burgers for a while because it is relatively close to where I live and I love a good burger joint. I read some reviews before going in and forced myself to keep an open mind because they were very mixed. I have to say that overall it was a good experience, it started off very strange though. When you order at sky high, they have 2 basic burgers, the single or the double and hen you select the toppings you want, like a high end Harvey's. I got totally thrown off because I wanted a double burger, but no sooner than I said I wanted a double the lady behind the counter hit me with "do you want cheese and bacon?'... No.... I want cheese yes, but not bacon... Then she followed up quickly with 'do you want lettuce tomato ketchup and mustard?'... No... I want lettuce tomato and chipotle mayo, no mustard and no ketchup.. Then another one like BAM 'do you want pickles, caramelization onions and caramelized mushrooms?'.... I had to stop her there.... Listen lady, stop offering me random groups of toppings and listen to what I want..... I couldn't believe how much it bothered me, but it did. In the end my burger was quite good even though I felt very rushed and decided to get banana peppers on my burger. The fries were excellent and the onion rings left nothing to complain about. Overall it was a weird experience because of the ordering process, but I will be back to try it again, fully prepared to order what I want even if I am being ambushed by random condiment suggestions.

I went here after reading the reviews and I hated it. My fries were soggy and the burger was soggy... not the bun but the patty it self was mushy. I ended up throwing it out .. I would not go back
