When I come here or to a deep dish pizza joint I kind of expect kind of something along the lines of deep dish last night I ordered a large Texan and a large meat lovers and these were regular two topping pizza as any pizza joint there is. They should go to Millwood's to the other Royal pizza and take a look at what real deep dish looks like, these guys shouldn't have the franchise's name.

If I could leave a 0 I would!! The service has been not great . Ordered a pizza after being told, it’d be two hours for delivery I told him I’d come pick it up. They told me 15 to 20 minutes. I left my house in 20 minutes came to the restaurant. I waited in the restaurant for another 40 min. Not overly impressed!!

Food is great, but the last 4 times we have ordered delivery it is like 1.5 hrs and we live in Heritage Hills which is like 1 km away. Not sure what is going on but previously it was like 20 - 30 minutes. We will not be doing delivery any more. Pick up only for us from now on.
