Let's be honest. It's an old restaurant, attached to an old pub. That said, the age is part of it's charm and has no effect at all on the quality of the food or the friendliness of the service. We consistently go for the Pho - it's a limited selection for that, but just oder the House Special. You won't be disappointed. Prices are par or a little better than comparable places. The vermicelli bowls are also winners, BTW. Can't speak to the other a la cart items as we've yet to try them. Best green onion cakes!

They offer what I would consider westernized Vietnamese food. It’s not spectacular, it’s just barely authentic (close to Chinese food execution) and I’d rather go to Taste of Vietnamese down the street, which is closed on Sundays. Beef satay was just okay (meaning utterly disappointing) and the vermicelli my wife ordered was underwhelming. Again, food isn’t bad but I would not rate any higher than a 3. That said, service was good and the atmosphere is similar to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants.

First time here. Had curried squid in coconut milk which was wonderful. All parties at table enjoyed their dishes. Looking forward to going back. Highly recommend this place.

Best lemongrass chicken dish ever!!! So spicy, so flavourful, just perfect!!! Keep up the amazing cooking Saigon!!!!
