Picked up my drink today and upon the barista giving it to me I told her it looked wrong. I order the exact same drink everyday, I’m familiar with how it is supposed to be. I asked her to remake it and she refused claiming it was fine the proceeded to argue with me. After trying the drink I confirmed it was wrong and tasted awful. Thankfully for Starbucks live chat customer support I was able to get a refund.

This is my go-to Starbucks in Sherwood Park. It's a great location, just off wye, and close to my work & my kiddos' daycare. It can get busy in the mornings, but they are very quick to serve, and the staff is always cheerful & make conversation while you wait. The parking lot is small, so it's usually easier to go through the drive-thru.

Great customer service with highly customizable beverages, Starbucks has become a western cultural icon. Order the quad long shot grande in a venti cup half calf double cupped no sleeve salted caramel mocha latte with 2 pumps of vanilla substitute 2 pumps of white chocolate mocha for mocha and substitute 2 pumps of hazelnut for toffee nut half whole milk and half breve with no whipped cream extra hot extra foam extra caramel drizzle extra salt add a scoop of vanilla bean powder with light ice well stirred, double sleeve no cup...you'll thank me, LOL.

Everytime I decide to walk inside and order it’s always screwed up and I never get what I ask for. Fairly annoying. Today I asked for a hot latte and got a frap that was honestly quite gross, tasted like sweat iced milk. Usually when they screw up my order, the other drink taste good and to be fair the coffees they make that I asked for taste really delicious. But for some reason when I go in to order it’s always messed up

After waiting 20 minutes and being told they do not have 2 of the 3 drinks I ordered, I am handed half full drinks in a bag because they don’t have drink trays either. Fire the person in charge of ordering. Once again this location proves it is the worst Starbucks in the province.
